About the Project
Secure Access is the Sunshine Coast’s leading technology and cyber security firm, based in central Maroochydore for the past 24 years. With a high focus on certified staff, and Microsoft accreditation, their reputation has driven a national and international client base. They are community-driven and support many charities on the Sunshine Coast.
Prima’s Managing Director, Brendan Wavell-Smith, has had the pleasure of meeting Secure Access Managing Director, Jason Garland and his team, at numerous Caloundra Chamber of Commerce events. The two managing directors share an affinity and don’t mind the odd beverage or two together. Brendan likens Jason to a cross between Steve Jobs and John Wayne!

The Brief
Faced with substantial growth and an expiring lease, Secure Access stood at a crossroads: move to a new, larger location or reimagine their existing space in Maroochydore.
Opting to remain in their tenancy which had been their headquarters for the last 16 years, they approached Prima Commerical Fitouts for an office fitout that would not only accommodate their growth over the next 15 years, but also reflect their community-driven ethos and leading-edge in technology.
The Result
After months of consultation, planning and design, Prima transformed Secure Access’ office into a hub of innovation and collaboration. The refit, designed to support Secure Access’s dynamic growth, includes a state-of-the-art boardroom dubbed “The Situation Room” and a café that has become the heart of the office, improving team unity and enhancing productivity.
Prima thoroughly enjoyed working with the team at Secure Access and prides this as one of their best fitouts to date.
